04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the account holder. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports):

• The odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed
• Agin888 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be refunded to the player's account balance
• The in-play system allows betting while a match is in progress — odds update in real time

For casino games (baccarat, roulette, slots, and Live Casino):

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator)
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game can be found in that game's information section
• Results from live dealer games are final and cannot be disputed

07Prohibited User Conduct
